Med Assist is a Prescription Assistance program: Must present valid physician’s prescription and proof of household income. Provides financial assistance for diabetic supplies, chronic or acute medications with a pharmacy voucher. Provides application assistance for free medications through the pharmaceutical company programs. Does not pay for birth control, prenatal vitamins, most medical equipment and supplies or over the counter medicines, pain medication/ narcotics, nutritional supplements, or vitamin medications. Assistance available for qualifying persons that are uninsured and underinsured as well as for those who are unable to afford their insurance copays. Address: Suite 011: 30 W.
