Counseling Fees:
OH - $8.33/Month
Monthly Maintenance Fee OH: 8.5% of payment to creditors or $30, whichever is greater
WV - $8.33/Month
Monthly Maintenance Fee
WV: 7% of monthly debt payments, not to exceed $50 a month
FCO Session Fee (WV & OH): $45.00 Per Session
EZ Pay Monthly Fee (WV & OH): $50.00 Monthly
Credit Report Fees:
Single Report (WV & OH): $80.00 Includes Counseling Session; $40.00 w/o session
Joint Report (WV & OH): $110.00 Includes Counseling Session; $70.00 w/o session
Credit Report Counseling (WV & OH): $40.00 (bring your own copy of the credit report)
Free Experian only credit reports available
Bankruptcy Fees:
Bankruptcy Counseling (WV & OH): $50.00 Individual - $100.00 Couple
Bankruptcy Education (WV & OH): $50.00 Individual - $100.00 Couple
Online Bankruptcy Education - $40 per person - $80 per couple

We will notify your creditors of your entrance into our program and propose for them to lower your interest rates. CCCS can also help you manage your monthly bills. Our counselors can set up a program tailored to your needs. You will make payments to CCCS, and on your behalf, we will pay your creditors on a set schedule.
