CIVIL ADVOCACY CLINIC | UNIVERSITY OF TOLEDO

Provides direct legal representation by student interns, under the supervision of clinical faculty, to clients within the community who cannot afford to hire private legal counsel. Provides legal services for most civil cases/matters. Generallly, the program does not handle bankruptcy, criminal, medical malpractice, traffic, disability, plaintiff, child support or Workers' Compensation cases.
