Open to Medicaid recipients who have Wellcare as their State Medicaid Managed Care Organization (MCO). Allowance amount is based on household size (number of Wellcare members living in the residence). Amounts are as follows:
- One-person household: $10 per month
- Two-person household: $20 per month
- Three or more person household: $25 per month
