Application process
Referral is required from homeless shelter (there are no homeless shelters in Geauga County - so this would most likely come from Project Hope in Lake County), or domestic violence shelter. Individuals and referring agency staff may phone for information.
Fee
Client pays 30% of gross income.
Eligibility
Serves Geauga County adults age 18 and older who are homeless and suffering from severe mental illness. Clients are encouraged to be participating some level of mental health support services. Income must be at 50% or less of median area income.
