  • In the event of a street light outage or other non-emergency concerns: Call Electric Dispatch Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm, excluding major holidays.
  • In the event of a power outage or other emergency concern: Call Electric Dispatch to report an outage. Troubleshooting service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
