Provides assistance to individuals who feel they have been the victim of housing discrimination due to gender, race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, ethnic group, marital status, Vietnam Era or disabled veteran status, family status, or ancestry. Handles housing discrimination issues dealing with renting, home purchase, mortgage, insurance, or advertising. There are no attorneys on staff and no legal decisions or legal counsel can be provided.

Cannot be delinquent or in default with mortgage payments, homeowner's insurance, or property taxes (use Ohio Civil Rights Commission or Legal Aid). Additional eligibility requirements apply; inquire for full details. Serves a number of Ohio cities and counties. Does not serve Coshocton City or County.
