Substance | Zanesville-Muskingum County Health Department
The Health Department, Muskingum Behavioral Health, and Mental Health and Recovery Services Board continue to partner for Project DAWN (Deaths Avoided With Naloxone); an overdose prevention and education program. This program is for opioid users who are at risk of death from overdose, and family and friends of those who are at risk of death from overdose. Muskingum Behavioral Health will provide training and ZMCHD will distribute kits containing the life-saving medication.
