Pet Care Services | Neighborhood Pets Outreach & Resource Center

Provides many core pet services, including: low cost vaccine and microchips; flea treatment/preventative; dewormer (Treatment for tapeworms, roundworms, hookworms & whipworms); and ID tags for dogs and cats. Also can offer low cost (below retail prices) pet supplies, such as leashes/collar combo, cannine and feline enrichment toys, treats, and litter pans. Provides access to low cost spay/neuter for Cleveland and East Cleveland residents.

Hours

Spay/neuter is by appointment only. Vaccines for pets over 6 months are by appointment only. Some vaccines for pets 8 weeks to 6 months can be given on a walk-in basis Tu, Th: 12:00noon-4:00pm, Sa: 10:00am-2:00pm (must be in line at least 1 hour before closing). Owner should call to confirm.

Call for information M-Sa: 10:00am-4:00pm - if no answer leave a message and the call will be returned within 48 hours (organization is run by volunteers).

Fee

Fixed fee for services. Membership is free. Owner should call for pricing or reference the website.

Eligibility

Cleveland and East Cleveland residents who receive SNAP, Medicaid, or SSI, or have income below the federal poverty level of 150%. Residents of other cities in Cuyahoga County on a case-by-case basis.
