Eligibility
Based on family income and the number people living in the household. Minor children and women at least six moonths pregnant may also be eligible.
Families must spend a minimum of 20 to 35 hours per week (depending on circumstances) working, in school, or in some cases, volunteering at a location that will help them gain work experience for the future

Basic information such as identity, Social Security Number(s) and Birth Verification(s) for each member of the household.
Hours
Monday - Friday: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
