Responsible for billing and collecting water and sewer accounts, collection of parking citations, and other related City services.
Water and sewer accounts can be paid in person at the Utility Collections Office by mail or by electronic funds transfer through a customer’s bank.
Water and sewer accounts are billed monthly the greater of, the actual water that passes through the meter, or a minimum service fee if there is no usage.
Parking citations will be posted on the Mansfield Police Department Patron Portal https://ci.mansfield.oh.us/online-bill-pay/.
