Eligibility

Shaker Heights residents who are 62 and older, or 18 and older and disabled and have been cited with exterior code violations. property must be located in: Lomond, Ludlow, Moreland, Sussex. Must own and occupy the home and meet the income guidelines. Must have been cited by the Shaker Heights Housing Inspection Department for exterior violations. Must have paid all current property taxes.

Proof of age Proof of ownership and residency proof of income and a copy of the code violations.
