Serves adults with a substance use disorder, including those with a co-occurring mental health disorder, in Summit County.

Hours
Walk-in assessments are available on Mondays and Thursdays from Noon to 2:00pm and Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9:00am to 11:00am at the Firestone Park Outpatient and Aftercare Facility at 1601 South Main Street, Akron (44301). Walk-in assessments are first come, first served.

Fees
  • Varies according to service.
  • Accepts Ohio Medicaid, most Ohio Medicaid managed care plans, and some private insurance.
  • Summit County residents might be eligible for assistance through the Summit ADM board.
  • Accepts private pay for those ineligible for financial assistance.
Service area

Provides access to the treatment and support clients need for recovery. Allows patients to complete treatment while still attending school, remaining employed, and/or caring for their family. Includes a focus on substance abuse education, individual and group counseling, peer recovery support, case management, medication assisted treatment (MAT), and support groups.
