Phone during service hours or check website for information. Can also email general questions through the website. FSA ID passwords cannot be reset through email and loan information isn't available through email. For those issues, phone or use live chat. FAFSA forms available only via website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The contact center can discuss FSA ID issues only with the FSA ID owner.
