Fees
The cost is a flat fee of $115.00 for all services provided in office, excluding surgical procedures which are $150.00. Injections, X-ray, EKG’s, if medically necessary, are included in the flat fee. If a Tetanus injection is required, there is an additional cost of $50.00. Will bill most commercial insurance companies and participate in West Virginia and Ohio Medicaid and Medicare.

Provides walk-in medical care for patients of all ages and income levels at locations in Marietta, OH and Parkersburg, WV. Services include:
  • Treatment of colds, flu, mononucleosis and other illnesses of a viral nature
  • Upper respiratory problems: pneumonia, asthma, bronchitis
  • Bacterial infections including ear, nose, throat and other systems
  • Sprains, strains, fractures, dislocations and treatment of minor injuries
  • Poison ivy, rashes, and treatment for other types of allergic reactions
  • Flu, Pneumonia and allergy vaccinations
  • Minor stomach or gastroenteritis illnesses.
  • Pap tests and prostate examinations.
  • Wound or laceration repair
  • Repair of animal bites
  • Removal of moles, skin tags and drainage of abscesses
  • Minor injuries to any part of the body or head and non-vehicular related accidents
  • Removal of foreign bodies, splinters, glass or metal particles from any part of the body including the eye
  • On site X-ray facility
  • On site laboratory testing
  • West Virginia and Ohio Workers Compensation claims (excluding neck and back injuries) for work related injuries
  • Employment and pre-employment drug tests and screening
  • Drug and alcohol testing
  • D.O.T. physicals, sports physicals, and annual wellness physicals.
