Open to those age 65 or older who live in Bedford Heights without further restriction. Open to the disabled who live in Bedford Heights and are low income (up to $15,000 per year).

Application process

Office hours: M-F: 8:30am-5:00pm. Can apply on site or phone for application. Registration for grass cutting starts April 1st. Application for snow removal starts October 1st. Clients must re-apply annually.

Fees

Free, but there is an administrative fee of $35 due with application.
