Early Head Start Home Base | Springfield City School District
SCSD staff provides a weekly home-visiting program called Early Head Start to 68-70 eligible children/pregnant women in Clark County. EHS provides individualized services to pregnant women, infant and toddlers to promote school readiness of young children from families with low income. EHS promotes the school readiness or children birth to three by enhancing their cognitive, social and emotional development.
