City Solicitor'S Office Victim-Witness Division | Fairborn City Managers Offices

Provides legislative guidance and appropriate legal services for the proper function of the local government. Provides legal advice to the city council and manager, prepares ordinances and legal documents for the city, represents the city in civil lawsuits, and prosecutes criminal actions in the Fairborn Municipal Court. Also acts as an advocate for crime victims and witnesses by notifying them of progress of the investigation, the defendant's arrest, bail determination, and the status of the case.
