Access the Ohio Department of Job and Family's website, www.jfs.ohio.gov/fraud, to report suspected fraud related to:
  • SNAP Retailers and/or Recipients
  • Medicaid Providers and/or Recipients
  • OWF Recipients
  • Child Care Providers and/or Recipients
Referrals received through the site will be screened and forwarded to the appropriate county agency for further investigation. The Bureau of Program Integrity Fraud Control Unit will follow up on these referrals to ensure that research has been completed and claims are established, when appropriate, within the timeframes specified by law.
