- Sign up online at www.smokefree.gov/tools-tips/text-programs to select the appropriate text program or text "QUIT" to 47848 by answering a few questions. To opt out, text "STOP" to 47848 any time. - For Native Americans, text "NATIVE" to 47848. - For pregnant women, text "MOM" to 222888. - For young adults quitting chewing tobacco, text "SPIT" to 222888.
