- Serves pregnant women throughout their pregnancy and up to their child’s first birthday residing in Lorain County.
- Diapers, wipes, training pull-ups and period products not limited to pregnant women throughout their pregnancy and up to their child’s first birthday.

Lorain County, Ohio
Offers empowering support to pregnant women throughout their pregnancy and up to their child’s first birthday. The Community Health Worker assists the pregnant woman in navigating the health care system and social services as well as educational support throughout each trimester of pregnancy. Services are individualized and adjusted for each woman's needs.
Also provides diapers, wipes, training pull-ups and period products. Sizes vary and may not always be available. Items provided by Project MKC.
