Community Housing Improvement Program | City Of Shelby

In partnership with the Richland County Commissioners, has received Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP) funding through the Ohio Department of Development. These funds are used to improve the housing stock in Shelby and Richland County for low to moderate income citizens. The City has contracted with Ohio Regional Development Corporation (ORDC) to administer its program.
