Application process
- During regular service hours, call the 311 Contact Center for more information or to make a complaint. When calling from a home telephone inside Akron city limits, simply dial 3-1-1.
- During after-hours, contact the Akron Police & Fire Department, who will then contact animal control if it is an emergency.
