Eligibility

Geauga County residents. Income limit is 300% of the Federal Poverty Limit (FPL). Those with income at 100% FPL or less can receive a grant for 100% of the cost of repair. Those with income at 200%-299% FPL can receive a grant for 85% of the cost. Those with income at 300% or more can receive a grant for 50% of the cost. Homeowners whose total annual household incomes exceed $162,450 are not eligible for this program.
