Sewage Treatment Systems Permits & Inspection | Zanesville-Muskingum County Health Department
Z-MCHD works to ensure a safe drinking water supply by preventing contamination. This effort involves the inspection of sewage treatment systems at homes and investigation into other forms of water contamination. This program inspects potential new parcels to ensure enough area is available to install a sewage treatment system, reviews designs for new sewage treatment systems, inspects installation of sewage treatment systems, and provides operational permits for the continued use of sewage treatment systems.
