Eligibility
-Permanent Supportive Housing: Individuals who are literally homeless have at least one family member with a verified disability and are able to live independently. Services are also available for victims of domestic violence, but must also meet the above criteria.
-Rapid Rehousing: Individuals who are literally homeless and meet the income guideline.

Provides housing assistance for those who are literally homeless (place not meant for human habitation or emergency shelter).
PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING: Provides long-term housing assistance for participants who are literally homeless and have at least one family member with a verified disability and are able to live independently. Participants will work with their Family Advocate to find a housing unit that meets fair-market rent and a landlord willing to work with the program. Program participants pay 30% of their gross income towards rent.
RAPID REHOUSING: Provides short-term rental assistance for clients who are literally homeless. Participants will work with their Family Advocate to find a housing unit that meets fair-market rent and a landlord willing to work with the program.
