Eligibility
Must be 12 to 21 years old and returning to a parent, guardian or approved caregiver, shelter or transitonal living program. Conference call between youth and person they are returning to required. Youth 15 and under may require an approved adult to accompany them (if so, a free ticket for accompanying adult is provided). Can only be used in the US.
