Eligibility

Open to residents of Brown County ages 3-5 who is one of the following:

  • exhibits delays in at least two areas such as cognitive, sensory, communication, or social development
  • has a diagnosed medical disorder with high probability to develop a developmental disability
  • has a diagnosed developmental disability

Also open to residents of Brown County ages 6 and older who:

  • have been diagnosed with a developmental disability by a qualified professional
  • exhibit delays in at least three areas, such as learning, mobility, self-care, etc. as determined through an assessment tool administered by Brown County DD

Provides centralized access to services and opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities age three and older. Services include but are not limited to: socialization opportunities, early childhood development, limited financial assistance for disability related needs, workforce development, assistance obtaining a driver's license, and housing opportunities.
