Connects families and caregivers of children with type I diabetes, as well as individuals with the disease, to others facing similar life circumstances. Trained mentors answer non-medical questions, share personal experiences, and lend specialized support.

Open to anyone affected by type I diabetes, including children, adults, family members, and friends. Michigan and Northern Ohio Chapter serves those in the following counties in Ohio: Ashland, Ashtabula, Belmont, Carroll, Columbiana, Cuyahoga, Erie, Geauga, Harrison, Holmes, Huron, Jefferson, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Monroe, Portage, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, Tuscarawas, and Wayne. All other counties can call the main site (International).
