The Juvenile Division of the Allen County Court of Common Pleas hears all proceedings wherein a person under the age of 18 is the primary subject of a complaint. The minor may be either committing the offense, such as a traffic violation or truancy, or may be the main person in a complaint, such as paternity, child abuse or child support.
