Must be court ordered to participate and a written referral must be made by one of the following courts: Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court, Cleveland Municipal Court, U.S. District Court and other municipal courts. Referral may be faxed or sent by mail. May phone for information and to receive referral form M-F: 8:00am-4:00pm.

Adults 18 and older who are misdemeanor or felony offenders. Must be a probationable offense.
