Application process

For animal control concerns, phone to make a report 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For pet adoption phone for walk in during adoption hours.

Fee

There is a fee for animal adoption, which includes a certificate to be used toward neutering/spaying.

Eligibility

Animal control service, cruelty to animals investigation, and humane wildlife traps are available to residents of Lakewood only. Other services have no restrictions.
