Complaints may be submitted online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Complaints may be submitted by phone at the following times: Monday, 8:00am - 9:00pm Tuesday and Wednesday, 8:00am - 6:00pm Thursday and Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm

Eligibility

The Ombudsman Group does not accept complaints about private student loans or when the Department of Education has already begun formal or legal investigations.
