A voter registration card can be obtained and completed at the County Clerk's office or downloaded and mailed to the County Clerk's Office. Registration may also be completed online.

Eligibility
To register to vote, an individual must be a native-born or naturalized U.S. citizen who is 18 years old by the general election and a resident of the state and county for at least 28 days before the election. Voter registration must be completed at least 28 days before an election in order to vote in that election.
An individual is not eligible to register to vote if they are:
- A convicted felon whose civil rights have not been legally restored
- A citizen who has been judged “mentally incompetent” in a court of law
- A citizen who claims the right to vote outside Kentucky
