Eligibility

To be deemed eligible, applicants must meet the following general criteria: - Be low-to-moderate income (at or below 80% of the area median income as established by HUD annually). - Be the owner of the record. - Have current property insurance. Additionally, the property must be: - Located in the City of Cuyahoga Falls. - A single-family dwelling (house, condo, or townhome). - Manufactured housing on a permanent foundation located on land owned by the applicant. - Inspected by a representative from the City or a City-Subrecipient agency and deemed suitable for rehabilitation. Additional Service Requirements: - Work that requires a license such as plumbing and electric must be completed by a licensed contractor.
