Serves those who reside in Cuyahoga County outside the city of Cleveland with incomes at or below 200% of federal poverty. Eligibility may expand up to 80% of Area Median Income (AMI). Call for exact amounts. Must have received notice of eviction from local housing court.
None required to apply for assistance but all papers related to legal problem will be needed.
Requests for assistance with an eviction must be received at least eight days prior to hearing.
