Call the Akron Sewer Maintenance Division 24-Hour Dispatch Line for emergencies such as a sink hole or sewer backup. Call the 311 Contact Center for more information, to make a request, or report a non-emergency concern. May leave a message regarding non-emergency issues when calling after 311 Contact Center hours. When calling from a home telephone inside Akron city limits, simply dial 3-1-1. Or visit the mobile-friendly website at www.akronohio.gov/311 to make a new request for service or check on the status of an existing concern.

Fee

No fee for assessment and repair to public portion of sewer lines. Homeowner is responsible for repairs on the private portion of the sewer line.
