Eligibility

Open to anyone who is unable to read or hold conventional print materials, including but not limited to blindness, vision loss, physical handicap, or physically based learning disability such as dyslexia. Must be certified through Cleveland Sight Center caseworkers or other health care professionals. Service through Internet is open to all areas. Conventional reception using special radio includes a 50 mile radius from University Circle in Cleveland, which includes all of Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Summit, and Portage Counties, and parts of Ashland, Ashtabula, Erie, Huron, Mahoning, Stark, Trumbull, and Wayne.
