Provides rental deposits only, can help with utilities as part of rent, but no utility only assistance. They provide 1st months rent and deposits if they are homeless. Do not have to come from a shelter, and cannot be living with someone. They also still provide 1st month rent and deposit for any age range coming from the shelter.
