due to COVID pandemic.

Provides assistance with rent, mortgage, utilities, sewer/trash, bulk fuel to Ohioans in need of assistance. For rental assistance need total amount including fees, Landlord contact information and if moving to a new location justification for the move (i.e currently homeless, living with another family and not enough apace). For mortgage notice of late mortgage payment including taxes and insurance.
