Daytime support for family caregivers. Adult day health care is a recreational program with medical services and oversight. Enhances physical, social and emotional wellbeing. Flexible schedules available Monday through Friday. Meals,snacks, and medical management provided. Out of facility day trips in season. Transportation is available in Muskingum County only.

Referral from community agency or contact from responsible party or family member.
Fee
$30.00 Half Day (under 4 hours); $60.00 Full Day (4 hours and over). Some free service available.Call for eligibility. PASSPORT, Veterans Administration, and ODD Waiver accepted.
Eligibility
Client accepted when scope of care needs fits within agency admission standards. Private, VA, Passport and Independent Options waiver accepted.
