Eligibility

Open to residents of Boone, Campbell, Grant, and Kenton Counties who have a household income between 125%-200% of the Federal Poverty Level.

Contact the intake line by phone. Calls are answered in the order they are received.

Fees
There is no charge for the time spent on a case. If there are court costs, witness fees, or other fees Legal Aid will incur to handle a case, Legal Aid asks that clients pay them to the best of their ability.

Provides legal advice and representation to tenants experiencing unsafe living conditions due to a landlord's failure to properly maintain their property. Also assists tenants who have been locked out or had their utilities turned off by their landlord in an effort to force the tenant out of the residence without a formal eviction.
