Responsible for the prosecution of all adult and juvenile felony crimes committed in Richland County. Civil division is responsible for all county civil litigation and the collection of delinquent real estate taxes.
Includes a specialized Victim Services division that helps all felony crime victims navigate through the judicial system. Also responsible for assisting felony victims of crime with compensation for losses, notice of court hearings, referrals to services and counseling, attendance in court to represent their interests and protect their rights.
