Perinatal Substance Use Disorder Treatment (KENTUCKY MOMS MATERNAL ASSISTANCE TOWARDS RECOVERY) | Northkey Community Care

Provides substance use prevention education to individuals who are pregnant and at risk for using alcohol, tobacco, or other drugs. Case management services are also provided to individuals meeting diagnostic criteria for substance use disorder.

Application process

New patients may schedule an appointment in advance by phone or walk-in for their initial visit. Ongoing services are provided by appointment.

Fee

Vary by service. Sliding scale fees available for eligible individuals.

Eligibility

Open to any resident of Kentucky who is currently pregnant or up to 60 days postpartum. Also open to residents of Kentucky with a substance use disorder who are currently pregnant or up to 1-year post-delivery.
