Anyone with access to a phone or computer with a web camera with audio will be eligible for a telehealth visit.

Hours are depending on each clinic location. Clients may visit the website at llchc.org for additional updates.
Languages
Interpretation services are available with telehealth.
Application process
To both insured and uninsured patients; patients or prospective patients may call 614-274-1455, option 1 to make a telehealth appointment or an in-person appointment (in-person for dates after April 13, 2020).
Fees
Depends on insurance, but do accept uninsured.
