Provides a program of support for individuals released from incarceration or involved in the court system. Provides services in the following areas: case management, legal services, education, vocational training, and health. Each participant in the program receives intensive case management services. Based on the results of program assessments, the participant and case manager will identify the participant’s hurdles and goals. As needed, will address substance abuse, mental health challenges as well as any and all issues related to trauma. Participants engage in bi-weekly support groups. If needed, participants are referred to licensed mental health professionals for assistance.
