Residential Treatment - Chemical Dependency - Youth | Crossroads Health

Provides residential gender specific treatment programs for youth with substance use disorder. Services include individual counseling, psychiatric services, group therapy, family therapy, family education, recreational and social activities, and educational services. Separate sessions for family members may be provided to help them understand the client's addiction and understand the treatment that is being provided.

Application process

Phone for an appointment M-F: 9:00am-5:00pm or email anytime. In most cases, new clients will receive a substance use disorder assessment to determine the level of service needed (agency will accept recent assessments from outside agencies).

Fee

Sliding scale based on income; Accepts payment through: Medicaid and some private insurance. Note: Medicaid will only cover the treatment portion of this service (not room and board), however, this agency offers financial help with room and board for those with income at or below at 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines

Eligibility

Youth 13 through 19 years old who have substance use disorders. May also have a mental health diagnosis.
