MEOAG does NOT provide emergency housing or operate a homeless shelter. MEOAG Inc. is involved as owner/general partner of 353 units of affordable housing in Muskingum County, including Eagle View Apartments, Frank Cook Senior Apartments, Troon Crossing, Falls Manor, Valley View, Fairway Vista and Zanesville Homes. Many of these properties are funded using Low Income Housing Tax credits (LIHTC) and HOME funds. These affordable housing developments operate with rent restrictions and require the families to meet certain income or age requirements to live there.
