Helps patients with cancer, their families and caregivers navigate the many systems encountered during cancer treatment. Assist in linking those dealing with cancer to needed programs and resources. Assistance is individualized to the patient's needs. Assistance may include transportation to appointments, assistance with rent or utilities and providing support and education.
