Application process
New Citylink clients must attend an in-person info session, held on Mondays at 10:00 a.m. and Wednesdays at 1:00 p.m. Call or fill-out online form to register. https://www.citylinkcenter.org/services/

Eligibility
-Residents of Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky ages 18 and over -250% of the federal poverty level -Pass a drug test -Have a valid driver's license -No acceptance of individuals with SR-22 insurance. -Most felony convictions will not disqualify individuals from participating in program.
